When it comes to technology, what are your habits, rituals and routines? In this podcast we want to track our current habits from the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed, what do we do?

Take time to write down your own habits and observe those in your home, even if they are doing nothing, track it. The main things here is to understand what we are doing now so that we can make changes that are practical and sustainable.

What do your children actually do online? Do you have an idea? Well, this podcast will equip you with skills you can apply to create a conducive environment for your children. 

What are values? What are our belief systems? When it comes to parenting digital natives, what grounds them. Here are questions I often ask parents: 

1.  Do you know who you are?

2. Do you know your values?

3. Do you have FAMILY values?

4. Do your family members and those within the eco-system of your child know and understand your values?

5. Why are those values IMPORTANT to you?

These are areas we all need to introspect, discuss and live by action.
