President Biden and fellow Democrats are eager to pass another COVID-19 relief plan but are facing Republican push back on the 1.9 trillion dollar total for the proposal. GOP members are also not happy with three hundred fifty billion dollars for state and local governments which they see as getting bailouts for financial mismanagement in 'blue states'.  FOX's Grady Trimble joins Trey Yingst to discuss.
