Joe Biden will be selecting former Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen as his Treasury Secretary and together they are expected to face similar challenges with the economy as the outgoing administration has had. The first two quarters of the new year could see some shrinking as new lockdown restrictions are being put into place and a new pandemic relief package is still in limbo.
