Celebrity Chef Edward Kwon is Korea's tourism ambassador and Seoul's Goodwill Ambassador as well. He is the former head chef of the world's only 7-star hotel, Burj  Al Arab, the host of several cooking shows, and the business owner of two concept restaurant in Seoul.
