Stocks fell again on Tuesday, with more large scale selloffs happening, with investors uncertain about the latest latest President Trump tariff threats with neighbors. The President said he will double the tariffs on all imported Canadian steel and aluminum. Meanwhile, some progress was announced in ceasefire talks between Ukraine and Russia which had a slight effect on the close of the day.
