Whether it's about your mindset or your clothes, don't wait for a criteria or a special event to wear something that makes you feel more alive and happy.

Choose to wear them every day, every single moment, to be in the clothes and mindset that brings out your best self!

I think the title is enough to explain this one haha :))

Often in life we find ourselves feeling low, in a rut, or a ton of other situations where we feel disconnected and not living to our fullest.

Life is a circle and this will keep happening, good times and bad ones, but what matters more isn't to reduce the bad ones but to get back up again quickly :)

It's my pleasure to bring back this podcast and start it off with this episode. I hope these voice notes help you as much as recording and reaffirming them helps me.
