Hosted by business coach and events industry mentor Melissa Cossette, this show is a front-row seat to the honest, unfiltered stories of Gen X women who’ve traded burnout, boredom, or “someday” for meaningful, flexible businesses rooted in celebration, creativity, and connection.

Whether you’re launching a planning business, starting a boutique event brand, or exploring what’s next after decades in a different career—this podcast will give you the insight, encouragement, and real-life perspective you need to keep going.

Each week, we share big dreams, real stories, and the truth about what it takes to build a business that actually fits your life.
