A raw and vulnerable look into Bentley & me's connection this lifetime. In this episode, I open up about the story of my sweet soulmate of a dog & losing him so suddenly a few weeks ago. We traveled all over the country together, always just him & I.  He taught me life lessons that led me towards my soul's purpose. He was my anchor through my darkest days & the days I opened my own business. My light and reason for the past 10 years. 

This dog will always hold a sacred place in my heart and I am eternally grateful for the life we led together. This episode will hopefully bring someone else peace and freedom who either has lost a pet or eventually will. And to the people who knew Bentley, this episode will make you smile :)  

In today's episode, we dive into the 7 universal principles of Hermetic philosophy! These principles provide a master key to how life and energy works and manifests across the physical, mental and spiritual planes. This wisdom helps you become a Master Life Alchemist :)

Hermetic Alchemy is ALL about the transmutation of mental vibrations, which is simply shifting one mental state into a higher frequency one. When we can master our mental vibrations through understanding these principles, we become an even greater co-creator of our desired realities. 

In today's episode, we go into detail on the following 12 tips that will help you stop compromising on your standards! Throughout the episode, you will gain self-awareness to what your standards are while reflecting on what in your current life is or is not meeting them.

1) Awareness of what your standards and values are first and foremost!
2) Understand that sometimes energy just doesn’t align. We are all pure energy and frequencies are either in harmony or disharmony. 
3) Valuing peace and yourself over attention. PATIENCE.
4) You attract what you allow in your life. Things and people only exist in your created reality if you allow them to.
5) Understand you block what’s for you by entertaining what’s not for you. When you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. 
6) If it makes you anxious or confused, it’s not for you. Alignment bring peace and stability. 
7) Learning to say no to things you don’t want to do.
8) Boundaries and not giving grace when someone intentionally disrespects them.
9) Being embodied and empowered across your mind, body, and soul. 
10) Just because someone meets one of your standards or values on your list, does not make them what you desire. 
11) Listen to what people say. People expose themselves. 
12) Regulate your nervous system.

The ability to say no to things that don’t meet your standards and values not only takes deep self-worth & awareness, but empowerment. Walking away from things that don’t meet your standards makes space for more abundance & alignment to enter your life. When you desire to move into higher frequencies, you must remove energies (people, places, things) that are not in harmony with that freqeuncy. In this episode it's ALL about astrology, or the consciousness of the stars. First we talk about one of the biggest energetic shifts of the year, with the lunar nodes moving into new signs on Monday July 17th, and what this shift will bring the collective energy. 

Then we travel back in time to ancient civilizations and talk about how they associated the constellations and movement of celestial bodies to important historical and planetary events. Astrology goes as far back as 5,000 years ago and these ancient civilizations viewed connections with the stars, or heavens, as sources of power & wisdom.

Lastly, we go through the 12 zodiac signs, their themes, their ruling planets and houses, and I give easy tips on how to understand and connect more to your own energetic blueprint, or birth chart. 

In today's episode we talk about the intense revelations that I had during the full super moon in Capricorn and how I am being guided to realize that there is just as much worth in simply BEING as there is in DOING. As humans, it is natural for us to connect our value with material accomplishments and productivity, but our purpose is so much greater than this. There are seasons for everything and it is important to know when you are being called into a new one. The universe always speaks if you have the perception to listen! 

Then we talk about the energies and qualities of yin & yang aka the divine masculine and feminine, and how gender principles extrapolate throughout the microcosms and macrocosms of the natural world.  We touch on how these dual energies are present and working towards balance both within our personal energy fields and within divine relationships or unions. We feel more aligned and fulfilled when we learn how to integrate the masculine & feminine energies as ONE, internally and externally.

In today's episode, we talk a little about the energy healer's journey and what you may experience if you are a natural born energy healer. 

Then we dive into the 7 main chakras and all that they correlate to! From organs, to colors, to behaviors, to crystals, to foods and so much more. Chakras are an ancient energy system with "chakra" meaning "wheel". Chakras are energy points in the body and the main ones run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head and can be visually perceived as a spinning wheel of energy. Each chakra correlates to and has influence on different parts of the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. We will talk about these correlations and how to understand which chakras are balanced, imbalanced or simply doing TOO much. 

Lastly, we discuss the energetic healing modality of Reiki, what the word Reiki means, how it works within the body, and it's divine connection to the Universe.  Reiki is part of our cellular genetic structure and learning how to harness and channel this profound vibration is life changing!

In today's episode, we talk about the 28 day hormone cycle that the woman's body goes through and the lifestyle & diet habits that help support through these fluctuations. The fluctuations in hormones that a woman experiences over the course of the month affects things from emotions, appetite, thought processes etc. Learning how to adjust your lifestyle to support your body through the hormone phases can help you maximize your fitness, social life, productivity, self care & growth! This is called cycle syncing. We flow through internal seasons just as the nature of Earth flows through seasons. Being aware of and in control of your hormones is SO empowering. Cycle syncing has forever changed my life and the BUZZ around it lately is so valid. 

We also talk about the type of Moon Witch that you are, which depends on the phase of the moon you are bleeding with. The Moon Witch that you are changes with time and is a great little indicator on what phase of life you are in! It can also help guide you in where to direct your energy.
