Hey, Mama! As mompreneurs, we know that content is queen; however, with so many options for creating content, which type of content will actually support us in building a profitable business from home? In today's episode, I'm discussing the #1 type of content I believe every mompreneur needs to build a profitable business from home, which is long-form content. Whether you desire to be a podcasting mama, a YouTubing mama, or a blogging mama, today's episode is for you. I'm breaking down four reasons why long-form content needs to be part of your content strategy in order to build a profitable business from home.

Hey, Mama! There seems to be a major focus on failed launches in the online space. Specifically, there is much content around why your launch failed or mistakes you made that caused your launch to fail. I disagree with this view. I don't believe in failed launches as a mompreneur, and I'm sharing all about this view in today's episode. If you're ready to shift your mindset around launching, then today's episode is just for you.

Hey, Mama! If you've been hanging with me since day one of the podcast, then you've heard my story of how I started my mompreneur journey as a virtual assistant. When I entered the online space, I had no clue what I wanted to niche in, so starting as a virtual assistant gave me the freedom to explore my options and find what I was truly passionate about.
In today's episode, I sit down to chat with Arianna Vernier, who is a web designer and virtual assistant coach for mamas who want to leave their 9-5 to start a business. During this conversation, we talk about how to start a virtual assistant business as a mama of young children, our virtual assistant journeys, and so much more. Whether you're thinking about leaving your 9-5 to start a business or you are new to the virtual assistant space, this episode is full of great tips and strategies just for you.

When we're in the thick of challenging times as a mama, it can feel like running our businesses and continuing to show up is impossible. Hey, Mama! When it comes to building a business that fits our current season of life, we should be creating offers that align with where we're at in life and motherhood. Figuring out how we actually want to serve our clients and doing it in a way that accounts for our current capacity and what we can realistically commit to is much more important than nailing down pricing. In today's episode, I'm sharing what we must consider as we are creating offers to ensure we are able to show up how we want as mamas and business owners.

Hey, Mama! Today's episode was inspired by a listener's question. She asked me if I had a podcast episode on transitioning to a mom of two while running your business. This is such a good topic and is definitely needed because transitioning from a mom of one to a mom of two is no skip through the park. I learned a lot during my transition to a mom of two, but there were two main things that I learned that make this transition much easier, which is what I'm breaking down today.

More and more, we're hearing of women being diagnosed with ADHD after they transition into the new role of mama. It's not surprising that women go undiagnosed most of their lives when research shows that girls are less likely to be diagnosed with ADHD compared to boys (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2023). In today's episode, I chat with Clinical Social Work and Mental Health Therapist Gretchen Nelson about running a business as a mom with ADHD. Gretchen shares so many great insights into how ADHD can present in moms, strategies for navigating ADHD, and so much more. I also share about my journey as a mom with ADHD.

Hey, Mama! We are continuing with the Get Visible Off Social Media Series, and today we are diving into three non social media collaborations for mompreneurs. In today's episode, I'm discussing bundles, virtual and audio summits, and speaking to private communities as a visibility strategy.
