Michael Oliver took centre stage as the last ever derby at Goodison Park ended in complete carnage, with the Reds controversially having victory snatched away from them with the final act of the game, as Curtis Jones, Arne Slot and Sipke Hulshoff were all given red cards after the full time whistle.
