Tendai is responsible for the development of Bethany’s successful Foster-to-Adopt program in Ethiopia, a first of its kind program model to protect vulnerable children through family-based care. As a result of its success in Ethiopia, the Foster-to-Adopt program has been introduced in Ghana and in other countries in Africa.
