A few things that I learned from John in the show bar rescue

The importance of having someone to help you know yourself, and hold you accountable

Write down what you want your players to say what it’s like playing for you. Then write down what they would actually say that it’s like to play for you. See if those two things are in alignment and then ask yourself, would I want to play for me? Would I want my kids, or my friends, kids, or my nieces and nephews to play for me?

It’s so simple. And sometimes difficult

It’s important to make small tiny adjustments and have individual meetings frequently if you want to keep your culture strong

My primary takeaway from my business trip these past few days

We can only be brave when we are scared.

Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.
