Merriam-Webster defines diversity as the condition of having or being composed of different elements or variety. And defines inclusion as the act of included: the state of being included. In this episode we have a candid discussion about Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace and everyday life. We discuss misguided approaches to these initiatives with personal experiences, challenges to the status quo and mapping our way forward to a truly inclusive way of thinking, society and workplace.
