In this episode I share my story and the struggles I've faced along the way. I discuss having mercy on myself and the desire for true freedom. It's ok to trust yourself and want more than what you have. Often times we're looking for permission on what we're allowed to want from life, and this is how I've started to break free from those bonds and transform from a caterpillar to a butterfly.
