We break down the parts of a business: Administration/Operations/Biz Development.

Value production in either a product or service is the key - gotta find that/build that or there's no business to speak of.

There's a bad word at the end - be warned - if kids are in your truck or something.

How you develop (endure and coach-'em-up) young men when they land in your organization.

So, we've discussed that business is HARD, but it is also extremely GOOD, and now, in episode three --- we discuss that it might be the last frontier. Business might be the only way that young men test themselves, experience adventure: defeats and victories, and discover new territories. When all the oceans and mountains and our solar system are mapped and we have the images - maybe innovation and new business ventures provide the only way for men to test their mettle. It's better if you have men around you - this is that discussion.
