Let's get into the nitty gritty about why and how you make friends. And I continue to sit on that soap box about proximity friendships - why they are SO dang important! 

But also today's episode is a super sweet one because we’ve hit a milestone as a podcast family and that is today’s episode being my 100th episode! What a fun, fulfilling, easy, joyful, stretching ride it’s been for me and hopefully you, especially if there’s any of you that have listened to any considerable portion of all those 100 episodes!

"This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." (Psalm  118:24)

And I just want us to rest in that today that TODAY - this day, this present moment, this drive, this morning, this present circumstance that you are in, it has been dictated, and known from the beginning of time and all that we are asked to do is be here, fully resting in what the Lord has for us and find joy that he knows us and he has us. 

So today I am going to sit in this gratitude of all the blessings that are in front of me and I’ll ask that y’all seek to be present and live in gratitude for the present moment, acknowledging God's abundant blessings in your life too. So with that let’s talk about why you need friends and how you make them!

Calling all "bad texters"!!! For so so long I've felt almost shame around my inability to stay up on texts, but it took getting to my 30s to realize that maybe I just don't like that form of communication and maybe I've just consciously prioritized relationships of the people right in front of me. 

Today's episode talks about that and gets a little personal about why I maybe put up walls. Ooooof! Y'all need to hear this one.

My best friend is back on the podcast to talk about her mom and how although she passed away too soon, her legacy and love for the Lord continues to live on. 

I know you'll be blessed by this! Listen with hope that our story doesn't end here. And that how you love Jesus is more impacting to your children then how perfect you were or how much you did. Kailyn's mom loved Jesus and practically that's all that matters. 

Jesus come! Thank you for the gift of glory and the peace that accompanies it.
