Pawan has successfully established Platform for Artists in thirty different cities and has worked with more than 30,000 artists from all around the country. His main aim at PFA is co-creation and collaboration. In his early days as a community builder, he made headlines with innovative ideas like PFA Art All Night, Art Getaways, etc.
While the country was struck by the pandemic, he launched an online flea market, UNSEEN 3.0 & UNSEEN 4.0 which featured 80 local business owners and helped them reach a larger audiences and find a voice in this rapidly digitised world. Another flagship project of PFA is UNREAD, an anthology comprising works of 99 writers from all over the country, launched annually. Pawan also hosts a weekly podcast called When We Met, where he dives into the world of content and tries to empower creators by informing them of ongoing trends.
Pawan is the Lead of Community, Events and Partnerships at Pepper Content. He also routinely hosts webinars and discussions at Pepper and is the host of Pepper Spotlight.
Pawan also mentors students at MyCaptain on social media, blogging, entrepreneurship, marketing, and many other topics.
Apart from this he also writes a weekly Newsletter Relatively Correct.
The essence of everything Pawan does can be captured by the words, "Community Builder". He is extremely proud of the ever-expanding creative community in India and at PFA. He has immense faith in this community and wants to help it reach its truest potential.
