Your brain processes the information you feed it and forms positions of truth in your mind (whether they are rooted in a truth or a lie). These positions of truth then shape our belief systems, desires, hopes, ideals... When our mind is filled with negative and toxic thought we do find ourselves in a cycle of brokeness. We find ourselves taken captive. But there is a way for us to take captive every thought and make it obedient to Jesus!
