When you hit the brick wall, you gotta face the brick wall. In this podcast episode, I'm sharing my raw emotions after receiving a disturbing phone call the day after my 50th birthday. This is a must listen message for parents and especially children! The hurt hits different when money, relationships, or connections can't move you from a place you desperately want to leave.

Living in a world where everyone is entitled to their opinion, it can be so easy to get offended by what someone has to say about you. After one of my recent videos went viral, I started reflecting on how I reacted to some of the comments people made. After listening to this episode, challenge yourself to answer the question "do you know who you are?".

Who you have around you matters. When was the last time you did an audit of your circle? Are they really your friends or do they envy you on the low? This episode was inspired by Creed 3, a movie I recommend everyone to go see! As you're listening remember, we can climb together- collaboration will forever be better than competition.

Adversity comes to every one of us but how do you react when things get tough? When life gets hard? Keep the right mindset, expose yourself to positivity, and stay connected to the source... GOD!!!

Letting go can be very tough. It's so easy for us to stay in a situation that isn't serving us because it's comfortable and familiar.
