After a 2-week hiatus from podcasting, spent experiencing "why bother?" syndrome, culling and evaluating, I'm back to share my findings and feelings! With 6+ months of weekly podcasting under my belt, I have more easily been able to realize I have created EVERY version of myself and continue to. In this episode I share what connection and community and art means to me, I explain my overwhelm with the mental and physical tabs I had opened and the responsibility I then took to address this, and I break down why I unfollowed everyone on Instagram. I muse on why limiting my inputs was vital, what I value and want to focus on moving forward, feng-shui and topics like productivity, creativity, and burnout. I also share the big needle movers in terms of feeling and looking better, and podcast changes incoming...
In this episode, we’ll explore the impact of clothing on our overall wellness and how our clothing choices can influence our mood, behaviour, and physical health. We’ll discuss the psychological and health implications of clothing choices, the frequencies of different fabrics, the health implications of wearing certain fabrics, the environmental impact of synthetic materials, and the scrutiny surrounding toxins and off-gassing that brands like SheIn and Lululemon. I also share tips for being a more conscious consumer and highlight body-friendly brands that prioritize high-frequency, health-conscious fabrics. As a bonus, I conclude the episode by discussing the influence of palmistry and ring placement (as well as various metals and crystals) on our energy and well-being.

In this episode, Sabrina shares a short n' sweet casual chat with an update on her 90-day elimination diet—nixing pork, eggs, dairy, wheat, corn, and soy—and some healthy brands and products she’s found helpfully yummy on this journey. She also dives into the seasonal shifts happening in Whistler at home with Peter the squirrel and their gardens, how having a steadfast partner has been a health hack, the biggest needle-shifter being the basics of moving and nourishing the body, and how we are experiencing our bodies and state, not necessarily "life".
