If you’re like Dr. Buske you aren’t a fan of the participation trophy generation.  Jeff is proud to see that his son is outcome-driven and understands that in sports there is a winner and a loser.  What about in business though?  If you’re only concerned about your bottom line or winning, then your customers lose and soon enough you will start to lose too.  Look for win-win situations and keep them coming back.
