I love talking to artist about their journey and what makes them even want to pursue music. Getting to speak with Ali Angel was such a pleasure. She references that growing up in LA where she knew so many people in the music industry allowed her to consider pursuing music more confidently. She love's the music community and the support from other artists and references how important collaboration is. She speaks heavily on making sure as an artist you take advantage of every single opportunity that is presented to you. Make the most of it all.
We are looking forward for her new EP set to be released later this year and are currently blasting the new single "Extra Wild" every chance we get.

This interview is super important because it shows that anything is possible. The first young black brothers on HGTV with their own show, "Buy It or Build It". Although we are all familiar with alot of the shows on HGTV as well as how great the Property Brothers are its a great feeling to see someone who looks like you doing it as well. Letting you know that all things are possible regardless of race, gender, or background.
"The show is about inspiring people from all communities, bringing diversity, fun, excitement in a different vantage point to national television. We are bringing not only Diversity in Color to HGTV but also Diversity and Inclusion in our designs, designers, and contractors." says Chris. Calvin continues, "We will not only set design and building trends, but inspire an entire segment of men and women who feel underrepresented in this space. With two young black men working with families from different races and backgrounds, providing high quality remodels and new constructions, we are excited to present a diverse team and true positive representation of our community."
Their new HGTV series “Buy It or Build It” will premiere late Spring, including 6 episodes, with this small caption: “Chris and Calvin LaMont work with families and give them an option to renovate or build from the ground up."

I am always getting the opportunity to sit with some game changers but this interview was on another level. Gina Naomi Baez is one of the most interesting humans I have been able to interview and her energy is infectious. Multi talented in the entertainment space as an actress as well as a singer-songwriter is no reason she has had the success she's had being so talented in many different avenues. She gives us her insight on breaking into the acting space and even auditioning for Spike Lee himself. Currently, she is in Colorado working on a new musical entitled "Rattlesnake Kate".
Gina Naomi Baez is an actress, singer/songwriter, YouTuber and influencer from New York City. With a flourishing acting career having landed roles in Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It, Orange is the New Black and most recently CBS's FBI. She has also performed in numerous Off-Broadway and Regional theatrical productions, with Baez becoming a name on everyone's radar. However, her love and passion for songwriting and music has always been the true driving force behind her creativity, with the artist using her platform to spread messages of positivity.
Baez has also seen great success with her YouTube channel which has built an impressive following. Her infamous "Lizzo's Truth Hurts x Hocus Pocus" parody music video went viral after LIZZO herself reposted it, as well as Bette Midler. The channel features creative, unique original music videos, covers and parodies of popular songs and has garnered worldwide recognition from the likes of PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, Access Hollywood, The Huffington Post, MTV, Perez Hilton, FOX, E! ONLINE, Ryan Seacrest, Yahoo News!, Stylist and much more! Propelling in all areas of the industry, Baez is clearly a force to be reckoned with.

The phrase "Empowered by Your Disadvantages" is such a powerful statement. I got to sit and talk with motivational speaker and author Lisa Ward about her journey and finding success after being diagnosed with a learning disability. She also breaks down the different forms of dyslexia and various forms of different learning disabilities. We also talk about the school system how she was able to get into college and was only at a 6th-8th grade reading level.

Having the ability to hustle and diversify your business portfolio is something I have always been a fan of. Sitting and talking with Tommy Green about starting his non-emergency medical transportation company and filling a big need in South Florida. Learning how to grow that business by being in that business and constantly learning to take it to the next level. Not only does he have a successful transportation business but does amazing consulting work, digital marketing and more.
We also share a common thread of the addiction of starting new businesses. Constantly learning and growing and working on many businesses at once. Also discussing the misconceptions of entrepreneurship and how most of what we see online is lifestyle.

The most important thing I have learned in this music business is the definition of hard work. There hasn't been an artist who has put in more work in 2021 then Lil $o$o. With a career that literally has only been a year old her growth in such a short amount of time is beyond amazing. We discussed her introduction into music, signing with LunchMoney Lewis, balancing being an artist and a mom and her plans for the future. She also discussed the importance of having a great team in place and the important role a great manager plays in growing her career.

One thing I love when sitting down with an artist is the journey. How they got started, what keeps them motivated and the strategies involved to take them to the next level. My conversation with Miami recording artist Apollo Lofton provided all of this. We discussed his introduction to hip hop, his favorite wrestlers of all time and the strategy behind getting heard by Drake himself. Not to mention his new album "Chaos Is Necessary" which is slated to be released later this year.

A great discussion with Tom Paladino the researcher and inventor behind Scalar Light. He shares with us how his machine has the capabilities to cure the HIV Virus, Herpes and more recently the Covid-19 Virus.
His thoughts on us using scalar energy would be at very little cost to the consumer like typical forms of electric energy that we are currently using. No need for transformers, substations and more.
There has never been anything done in this field of scalar energy so Tom is at the for front of changing how we do everything. With over 40 years of research, trial and error and his own invention Tom is definitely changing the game on a completely different level.
Tom began research with Scalar Energy during his undergraduate years after developing a deep admiration for the father of Scalar Energy research or knowledge, Nikola Tesla. He was also able to study the work of a man Hieronymus who continued research on Scalar Energy. Hieronymus’ major contributions included unbinding the RNA/ DNA bonds of microbes plaguing the agricultural industry (rendering them harmless).
The existence of such energy not found within the electromagnetic spectrum, fascinated Tom. Inspired by these findings, he pursued a course of independent study seeking to better understand and subsequently harness Scalar Energy, through the development of an instrument called “Scalar Light”.

The hardest thing for any music producer is being heard or getting your beats and production to the artist. Artist today receive so many beats from producers that you may feel like your stuff will get lost in an email and never heard. Insert Sarah J, one of the music industries secret weapons to getting producers placements on some of the top projects and albums.
With over 15+ years in the music industry Sarah J has worked with Tory Lanez, Jim Jones, Meek Mill, French Montana, Jeezy and many more. She is consistently helping producers with placements, administrative deals and also managing some of her own producers.

The pandemic has taught alot of the creatives and hustlers how to pivot and make different moves. Everything is not going to be around for ever and the ability to make an adjustment is a skillset that not many people possess. Chelsea Walsh is one of those people who have the keen ability to adapt and adjust to any situation. With extensive knowledge in branding and consulting and the launch of her very on podcast platform Girl Gone Wireless.
We also talked about her time in modeling and being very selective in who she works with in the industry. As well as doing everything virtually for brands.
