This episode is a candid discussion with our favorite doctor, Dr.
Shivam Dubey. We catch up with Dr. Dubey about his new program, The
Might Champions of Mental Health.
Our discussion inlcudes:
- The **Bio-Psycho-Social model**;
- The science of how **stress transitions into disorder**, and what
can be done to interrupt that progression; and
- The urgent need for **Mental Health Education** as a preventive
strategy for both children and adults.
Dr. Shivam Dubey, MD, FAPA is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and
founder of Mental Health Education Inc., a non-profit based in
Orlando, Florida. With over 15 years of clinical and educational
experience, he is leading a global movement to embed mental health
literacy and emotional skills into everyday life through structured
education—for both children and adults.
