Speakers & moderators…what level of respect do you have to have for yourselves & others to avoid the mess that was the 1st (and so far only) Presidential Debate? How do you handle a politically charged event if you don’t agree with the topic being supported? What role does that play in instilling diversity & unity? Is silence the worst thing you can be when it comes to the diversity talk? (We are told it is.) How do you navigate being an ally for diversity while still maintaining a job that may force you to be unbiased in allowing shitbags to have politically & racially charged event at your facility? 

WE DON’T HAVE THE ANSWERS.

Today we discuss the differences in what the UK is doing to get events back in full swing and what the US is doing...or the lack of thereof. Let's be real here, the US is lacking in just about everything that is going on to safely get the event industry, or ANY industry, back on track. I, TJ, am 100% biased and I have zero affiliation with the the UK. (They definitely have not paid me to make them look good, they're just doing what they do.) And I know a lot of people's opinion is that whole "if you don't like it leave"...well if you're willing to pay for my relocation, bring it.

Why does Football get to come back but not non-sports events? Why aren’t bars open yet?
