Hey Rebels,
Welcome to another episode full of mic drops & truth bombs! Today we are joined by a very special guest: @Tiwalola
Tiwalola Ogunlesi is a confidence coach, globally recognized speaker, and founder of the self-love revolution that is Confident and Killing It. This purpose driven organisation wakes women up to their worth so they can be confident, unstoppable and dare to live the life they truly desire. As she says — and I think we can all agree — “It’s time to make self-love the norm and not the exception.”
Her Confident and Killing It in person workshops are energizing and inspiring and she’s spoken at Oprah Winfrey’s Leadership Academy for Girls, UN Women, and Cambridge University, to name a few. In 2020, she didn’t let the pandemic stop her self-love revolution and has brought her workshops online. Tiwa is a FORCE to be reckoned with and shows us all the power of when women and girls tap into their inner worth and self confidence.
In this episode, we talk about confidence, how we can practice it, embody it and how we can harness it to heal all generations of women!
As per usual, Jessica gives us an update at the end of the episode!

Hey Rebels!
Happy 2021 - we are so excited to be back with a new episode...the first of the year! This week we talk business. We hear a lot about thriving business after they've gone through their initial hardships but we don't often hear about those beginning stages while IN the beginning stages. So, this week, Emilie, Jessica and Laura share their business journeys: why we started, how we started and what we've learned within the first few months of business.
Starting a business can be so elusive and we all go about it differently and as any big project goes, we tend to forget about the beginning stages of them in our lives.
Stay tuned and get some very useful and applicable advice to starting the thing you've wanted to start forever. This is an inspirational episode that will put some fire under your butt. Are you ready?
As per usual, at the end, Jessica gives us an energy update using tarot.
