Megan works in HR for the City of Norfolk, VA; and Joey is a Personnel Specialist Petty Officer 3rd class (PS3) in the US Navy. Chris is the founder and CEO of a web development and marketing company, and a dad of 2 boys. We talk about what it's like coaching your own kids, balancing business ownership with being a dad and finding time for yourself, and the role that sports play in life as a kid and as an adult.
