When one embarks on a journey to become a leader or the role of leader is bestowed upon them, some seek advice from people the know and books from the library. Some will go to trusty google for more insight into becoming a leader and be at the mercy of what the search engine provides.

Too often do we forget that the greatest leadership book written is the Bible. The Bible is full of examples of how to lead and why you should do it the way Jesus lead people. Jesus lead people through people while focused on everyones strengths and understanding their weaknesses. Dr. Daniels and CB Baker sit down and discuss how to use the Bible as tool to get a head in the world of business as an employee and supervisor.
