This podcast was...interesting.  

I had to shoot it 7 times.  Which is WAY MORE than anything I've ever had to do in recent memory.  

Sound issues. Video issues. (I actually shot this via video first, then moved it over to my podcast).

Video play issues.  Oh, and I just happened to be talking about "rising above adversity" as I was dealing with some adverse conditions of my own.

Let's face it: Not everything in life is bowl of cherries. (Or Chocolates if you'd like.)

Sometimes things just don't go our way. 

But how we respond to that (and ultimately bounce back from it), will play a HUGE role in how successful we become. Here are the 4 words that ALWAYS help in that regard.

When it comes to success, we in Western Society tend to think in terms of what we have to do. Work hard. Get up early. Things like that.

And that's absolutely right.

But what about the things that you need to STOP doing that are actually holding you back?

I call that "omission" when it comes to success, and today we're going to tackle what I think is the #1 thing that I believe is holding people back from realizing true success.

This is something that has been an absolute LIFE SAVER for me...literally.

As some of you might know, I'm a big cooker. Meaning I've got all kinds of seasonings in the cabinet. But when it comes to everyday success...here's one of my favorites. Enjoy!
