A few weeks into the year and we may have begun to review our dreams to determine where we are with our goals. Whilst it's good to be true and firm, give yourself room to fashion out ways to smashing your goals. I'm rooting for you.

We are reminded not to take the little things in our lives for granted. I urge you to begin to value the people in your life, your experiences and the communities you belong to.

Finding happy encourages us to find our happy states. A few tips are shared to help us do just that. It's about refuelling and recalibrating.

Life will throw us curve balls, every now and again. Truth is, we are equipped with what we need to deal with them, victoriously, if only we breathe and try. This episode encourages you to find legitimate ways to solve the challenges on your way.

Enough of whinning over what you do not have. You must begin to give more attention to the things you do have. If you pause to observe, you'll realize that you have a lot going for you.

While not all injuries leave scars, a few do. Some last only a while and they get erased; others last a lifetime. Your understanding and interpretation of what your scars represent may determine the quality of the life you live.

Feelings of adequacy may pop up in our minds sometimes, but having the confidence to remind yourself that you are enough is necessary to finding fulfillment and carrying on.
