-When starting with affirmations, choose ONE area of your life to focus on, and use affirmations for that. Even better, pick just ONE affirmation to work with until you see a difference in your physical reality.
For example: "Money flows to me like water."

-You do not need to explain yourself. You do not have to make excuses. You can change plans. You can decide to do things differently than you told people you were going to. You can respectfully decline someone's (often unsolicited) advice. You can say no.
