Hey yall!! Long time no talk (pretty ironic considering the title of this new episode). As always, I am back with another episode, this time about consistency and why it can be difficult.
Enjoy!!
Hi all!
This week I had the pleasure of being joined by my good friend @/dxlxyz on IG as we discussed the Brittney Griner sentencing and what this means in the context of drugs/ drug use, (de)criminalization and more.
This is a heavy topic and I do hope that myself and my guest handled it with care. The history of drug criminalization in North America continue to disproportionately impact Black/ POC people and though Britney Griner was charged in Russia, it does not mean that countries such as Canada and the USA are exempt from harsh penalization when it comes to drug use.
I hope this episode broadens some of your ideas surrounding this topic and you approach it with open mindness.
Thank you.

Hello all!! Happy new month :) This week we talk alllll things Renaissance!! And I give a bit of tips on how I approach a new month.
ENJOY!!!
Hey you all! Hope you have been having a great week so far.
This episode is very near and dear to my heart as we speak on a topic that I have a lot of passion for which is natural hair, specifically 4C hair. I start the conversation by speaking on the now viral video made my TikToker @/lipglossssss and speak on colourism, texturism, feautirism and the vitriol and violence that was spewed online towards her and others because of the video.
It is a heavier topic, so do listen when/if you feel comfortable doing so. But as always, I want you all to feel safe in the spaces I create and I do hope that those of you who choose to listen, enjoy.
There is also a video connected to this episode (a short snippet for now but if you all want to watch the rest I may need to upload in the near futureeee) so check that out on my IG at sehqueeen!
Thank you all and enjoy!
Hey yall, I'm back with another deep episode LOL! This week, we talk about freindship breakups... we have all been through them :( I hope this episode gives you some things to reflect on, some things to think about and gives you the chance to give yourself grace and know that life goes on, even after a friend breakup.
Enjoy !!
Hey yall!! I'm back with another #RELAXINGTHURSDAY! This week we talk love island (INDIYAH specifically), Burna Boy's new album and a bit on the abortion ban in the USA.
Tap in and enjoy!!
Hey yall, I'm back !! Missed you all, feels like it's been ages.
This week we discuss boundaries! What are they, how to set them and some of my experiences in relation to setting them. It is not always easy but it can be done, with the right support and patience.
Enjoy!!
Hey yall! Hope you are having a good week. This #relaxingthursday we discuss Beyonce's new single "Break My Soul" and the elephant vs the lady situation.. a mess. Happy listening and have a great weekend !
Hey y'all! Back with another episode, this time attached with a little suprise... MY FACE! This week we talk about hair and some of the ridiculous charges some *braiders/hairstylist* put on their services. With every single bill going UP, why must I suffer to do my braids too? LOL. Let's talk about it and unpack.
Happy listening! And as always, catch me on Twitter @everydayseh to continue the conversation and catch up on other topics too.
