The theme of "Letting go" in 2022.

Finishing my story on our trip to the bay last November 2022. What it REALLY means to show and give love. No MATTER what anyone says.

And getting through major tests mentally, physically, emotionally in transition to 2023.

What did we learn at the end of 2022? 

What and/or whom did we let go at the end of last year?

Let's fully audit how the end of last year went, so we can unlearn, adapt, and take action to do better.

Are we applying the Growth Mindset? Are we being accountable of ourselves and our own growth by doing what we say we would do?

Are we sticking to our morals, mission, remembering who we are in the process and the decisions we make despite what ANYONE says. Read that again.

Remember how resilient and strong we are as we go through the worst times in life.

Remember our WHY as we go through the worst times in life.

Remember "Damned if you do, damned if you don't". There will be people in your life where no matter WHAT you do or say, they will have something to say.

 Think. Reflect. What are their comments and opinions really about? And will you choose to allow these people to take your energy and time away. Are these people that pay your bills? Are they people that you have major respect for and look up to? Are they in a place where you want to be in your life? Assess if the energy you are putting out because of these people are WORTH IT. 

Lastly. Are we sitting in our EGO and PRIDE. Let's check ourselves before we wreck ourselves. 

Protect your energy. Boundaries. The end.
