Attaining access to our true Self, our soul and accessing the infinite energy from the universe/Source energy/Zero-point field - whatever name you choose to call the same energy; is more a ‘cleaning’ process where we open to see what covers this true Self that lies beneath. To become aware of these energies blocking our inner wisdom and light, we require presence. The ability to be in the NOW, the moment. Presence is the ability to be here NOW, not in the past or future, and feeling or experiencing everything that is arising. Even if it is not pleasant. Learning to be present is the greatest gift we can ourself, others and our world.
