When life happens someone we wear our emotions, we wear the pain, the uneasiness, fear etc. it’s normal to feel & sometimes look a little off on certain days. Just don’t make it a part of your daily attire.

Being excluded, can show the value in YOURSELF & can actually devalue what others thought was so Valuable.

This isn’t just specific to “Daddy issues”, it can be whatever issues that may have affected you. Growing from them is the key!
