Many of the glitches of generative AI have not really sorted themselves out as some might have hoped meaning the deeper tech of products built pre-gen AI, like Tripian, are still more robust in the truth of their recommendations.

The flip side of the coin is universal global scale that generative AI enables out of the box, but there isn't yet really a clear winner as to which the market prefers.
