in this episode of everything changes, i talk about the version of myself i had to leave behind in order to grow. the habits, mindset, fears, and people i once held onto felt familiar, but not everything familiar is meant to stay. sometimes growth means grieving old versions of yourself while learning to become someone new. this episode is about change, healing, and realizing that outgrowing yourself isn’t betrayal..it’s necessary.

so…i turned 19. which is very exciting and even marvelously fun but also..very scary? the thought of getting older truly does frighten me but also proves to me and everyone in my life that, i made it through anyway. i’ve made it through the toughest days and the hardest times of my life. i think aging is beautiful and it’s apart of the human condition, but, to think that you are eventually going to get older and not any younger, makes you think that you have to experience life now more than ever. time is very delicate and short, and it’s best to make the most of it.

have you ever thought about not being able to love or to be loved? maybe? maybe not? well…i have and it’s not fun. it’s truly scary having these negative thoughts and emotions about love and the perspective on not feeling seen or heard when in a relationship with someone. taking on the risk of being vulnerable and sharing that vulnerability with someone sometimes isn’t ideal in most cases. for todays episode, we’re diving into the conversation on losing hope on finding that perfect someone!

this is a true story that happened. very traumatic and very scary but kinda funny?. it honestly wasn’t ideal in the slightest, because why on earth would you call the cops on a 10 year old kid?! it’s truly unbelievable and terrifying in every way possible.

today, we’re going to be talking about past friendship breakups, my embarrassing situationship (trust me, it really was but for me) and smoking for the very first time. i was a little nervous and scared to talk about the smoking part because, some of my family do listen to the podcast but…it is what it is. the experience wasn’t bad, it was actually pretty fun. i wouldn’t recommend smoking though or push people to endure in smoking. it’s a personal choice to smoke or to not smoke. do you boo.

I am officially back hoes!!!
