If you aren't already familiar... What is neurodivergency? I hear you ask? By the textbook: anyone who strays from what is considered the cognitive norm. ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and autism are only a few that the term covers.

Astrology. The topic that was once underground that has now become mainstream. “What’s your star sign?” - I wonder how many times a day that question is asked.

Whether you know it as just your sun sign, or your roadmap to if you and your next partner are compatible or not, something you read about in your weekly newspaper, as just the thing the ‘woo woo’ girl next door keeps going on about, use it as a point of connection to the rest of the universe, or plan out when to rest and when to work according to the lunar cycle… in this episode we delve right into the very stigmatised topic of astrology.

HOW DO YOU FIND THE CLIT?!?!?! 

Ok hi, now I have your attention (although we do address this in the episode)... have you ever found yourself dissatisfied with your sex life, intimacy, or unable to communicate in those settings? 

Yeah. Not to generalise, but pretty much every woman under the sun, as well as men, have most likely at one point felt that way. According to some studies, only 1 third of adults are actually satisfied with their sex life (in the UK at least). Comfortable communication, feeling connected to our bodies, and feeling safe in intimate settings are things that are far less common than they should be. And why is that? 

(TW: This episode does discuss sexual assault, consent, and boundaries.)

This episode addresses these topics, holding an open discussion and debate between two friends - we share some personal experiences and raise a few questions that we, ourselves, are still figuring out.

I hope this episode creates a sense of comfort for the topics and themes that we are sometimes less comfortable talking about, and that you realise you are not alone in feeling how you feel about these things sometimes.

Featuring Nicholas Helwett, who is a musician, activist, and is part of Indigenous Enterprise, the conversation taught me a lot. This is the first episode of ‘Sage in the Streets’ - the series, recorded with one of my favs, Miranda Stone.

Adding a bit of a spiritual take to a bit of girl talk, the series offers reflections on relationships (the fun and not so fun ones), communication styles, different definitions of love, and navigating ourselves out of toxic habits.

Have you ever gotten too deep into self reflection, self analysing, mindfulness, or spirituality, to the point where it can even become inhibiting? Well, this first ep. debates how spirituality can be inhibiting VS how it can be helpful. Can mindfulness ever become too much, and can you find a balance between observing your emotions and embodying them? I sit down with two of guy friends to chuck random topics up into the air to see what perspectives and opinions come out. A laidback, light-hearted episode, half of it had me cracking up (so apologies for the loud laugh). Dedicated to all those of you that are nosy and curious about other people's relationships... I present to you the very first episode of EVERYTHING EVER.

This brings to you a background check of me and one of my lockdown loves, aka, one of my now closest friends. You hear our story, how we met, and all the specific little quirks that weirded us out about each other but also drew us to one another. All relationships have their stories, lessons, and own unique world that is created from them - this is one of them. An up close and personal audio recording of our reflections on our dynamic, what it was like to meet in a lockdown, the significant point at which we met that shaped the manifestation of our friendship, the challenges of being emotionally closed off, the differences with which we viewed certain moments, and feeling doubtful in social situations. You know when you write in your journal, or whatever it is, about all your thoughts on certain people... this episode is that... but out loud and recorded.

It's a chill episode. Nothing too hype, nothing too crazy, with a few almost tears but that's to be expected.
