If you are unaware, Tennessee has passed a bill to ban "adult cabaret performances" in public spaces. This bill directly targets the drag and trans community. Many states in our nation right now have similar bills being put through their respective houses. In this episode, Brett and Thomas catch up and start the conversation with their favorite drag moments and what drag means to them. Thomas then moves on to a history of drag that leads both of them into a conversation about where to go from here.

We are best friends for a reason!!! Who else can we have open and honest conversations with and still hug it out in the end. This episode is one of our most raw and real conversations we have about ourselves. Oh boy do we get into it...must have been something about sitting down on a bed that made us loose on the mic. (just as loose as something else...oop). We are two different people, but share common traits that keep us linked. Processing emotions and dealing with life events is a personal journey and it can be hard to understand how the other person feels. Thomas is deeply connected to his emotions and feels things wayyyy more than Brett every will. (Yes talking in third person now). Brett can steamroll through life and run over roses just to get to the final destination. Somewhere in between there is a balance we are both learning. But that is what makes them a perfect yin and yang dynamic. Talking openly and expressing how you feel helps you learn more about an individual and grow. Yes, this conversation can sound deep and shocking at times, but at the end of the day this is what brothers from other mothers do. :)
