Today’s conversation is a further deep dive into the world of X-men (kids and adults with ADD, ADHD & Autism) . Rachael - an X-men herself recounts her childhood growing up in a big Irish family and how difficult it can be for x-men to grow up in an environment of enforced form and structure . She shares tips and tools as she rediscovers her “different” capacities now as an established Facilitator .

• Do not buy into the labels, you don’t need to be fixed, ask “What is this?”
• Communicating telepathically is one of the natural ways of being.
• How much have you ceased to exist for yourself?
• Get your Bars run !
• What are you aware of?
• As a parent, look at the possibility of learning about the functionality of your Xmen kid/s instead of separating.
