Rachael - an X-men herself recounts her childhood growing up in a big Irish family and how difficult it can be for x-men to grow up in an environment of enforced form and structure . She shares tips and tools as she rediscovers her “different” capacities now as an established Facilitator .

Recounting her life , being aware of entities seemed like a curse to begin with , until she started acknowledging the gift that it was .
