Jake is a real estate investor in the Bay Area and started seriously investing in 2016. Despite having a full-time job and a newborn baby, he still made effort to take action and succeed. He considers himself a sophomore in real estate investing and I think it's interesting to hear the stories of people who are in the middle of the real estate investing journey.
