In this episode I go over how we all need to be self aware and practice good spiritual hygiene.

This is Cherisse sharing her story and her experiences of having a reading and what it’s done to help her in her life. Her experience brought her answers, healing, and may just have saved her life.

In this episode I have a special guest that is here to share her experience in having a reading with me and how it has changed her life.

This is my journey of how I went from living in a fear based mentality to standing in my truth. It’s time to share what I went through to get where I am today, in hopes that it will encourage someone else to do the same.

I wanted to share a story of healing and love that hits very close to home. Spirit wants to shed some light on how things are done to help us and them heal.

What I believe is the most important thing is to learn how to connect with our guides. So many gloss over this and it’s such an intricate part of my work.

We all sign up to learn lessons in this life. The sooner that we realize this, the easier it is to see situations for what they are. So that we can learn from them and take away what is for our highest good. We are all trying to reach the ultimate enlightenment. Ask yourself this question, what is my lesson in this situation, when faced with difficulties in life.

This is an introduction to my podcast and what you can expect. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
