This week’s episode is a deep dive on a topic I am very passionate about which is all about: therapy. Therapy has been one of the tools in my life that has truly helped me get to the core of so many things that were holding me back before. If done with the right person and the right techniques, I believe it is an indispensable tool that can completely change the trajectory of your life for the better.
With that said, the guest of the show this week is Charlotte Haigh, an incredibly kind and wise human who happens to be both a licensed marriage and family therapist, career clarity coach and a yoga teacher. In this first part of the two-part series interview, we talk about all things therapy, intergenerational trauma, tools to regulate the nervous system, how to identify anxiety, what is trauma (spoiler alert: we all have trauma) and she also shares a lot of her own journey going from working in communications to finding her way to her calling as a therapist.
