While everyone may still be feeling the summer relaxation vibes, Holly and Ali are working hard, prepping for all the latest and biggest Aussie reality shows. Married at First Sight is coming back, as well as everyone's favourite cooking show My Kitchen Rules. This week's ep, the girls discuss everything they know (or at least, everything they can reveal!) about those shows - plus they spoke to MAFS relationship expert, John Aiken for all of this season's goss and what it's really like making the show.

Holly and Ali also discuss their new favourite show, the US Bachelor with virgin bachelor Colton Underwood, as well as Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club and of course, the usual segments: Obsession and Crush of the week, What We Hate and Secret Shame.
