COVID – 19 may have stopped the world but it will not stop you. Your steps are still ordered. There is STILL a plan for your life. Use this downtime we have to create mindful moments that bring you joy. Find your happiness and peace in the midst of the storm. You already know resiliency is required on this path to greatness – and while you are currently activating that resilience, get what you need from the news and then shut it off. Limit your social media until things start to brighten up. Continuously find light in every dark moment, and just know that everything will be just fine.
