We don’t like what we see. Somehow our bodies have become a measure of success and self-worth. Somehow, instead of helping each other out, we’re sizing each other up and quietly comparing ourselves to each other, which leads to self-doubt, sadness…and eating disorders. The reality is that thousands of women deal with body shame and eating disorders now, but we never talk about it with each other…why? Because it’s rooted in fear, judgment, our own baggage.
