Them boys back at it again. Today’s topic on everything XL is boundaries. What does a healthy boundary within a relationship with the other parent look like?

After a break up people have the tendency of still carrying on unhealthy activities within their relationships. Is it normal to still have a physical relationship after a break up? Some would say it causes confusion and problems for the relationship & others even say that their relationship is better after the break up with continuing a physical relationship. 

when it comes to taking trips with children after parents have parted ways… what does the boundaries look like in that type of a situation? Do each parent take their own separate trips with the children or child or do the parents work together and Vacation as a unit?
