Healthy routines are very important nowadays for men and women.
Rather it’s a new relationship or just dealing with every day life we tend to forget about our temple and not take care of our bodies. Some are caused by unhealthy eating habits and others may go through depression and eat their way through it and not realize what’s really going on in the inside.
On this episode we touched a lot of different things that we felt were important.
What’s the difference between being sad and being depressed?

Them boys back at it again. Today’s topic on everything XL is boundaries. What does a healthy boundary within a relationship with the other parent look like?
After a break up people have the tendency of still carrying on unhealthy activities within their relationships. Is it normal to still have a physical relationship after a break up? Some would say it causes confusion and problems for the relationship & others even say that their relationship is better after the break up with continuing a physical relationship.
when it comes to taking trips with children after parents have parted ways… what does the boundaries look like in that type of a situation? Do each parent take their own separate trips with the children or child or do the parents work together and Vacation as a unit?

I find it quite interesting how music is able to bring so many people from so many different walks of life together.
You might not be able to understand me and vice versa but we both understand the good feeling that comes from music.

The rap game is no stranger to seeing it’s contestants being killed in their own city by their opponents.
It’s a highly favorable and unfavorable trend within the hip-hop community only. This trend hasn’t been picked up by country singers, pop stars or any other genre but rap.
Within the last few years we’ve witnessed some very talented artists being murdered in their own cities. Rest in peace to Mo3 and Nipsey Hussle. Rappers have been getting murdered in their own cities since the beginning of time but as of lately those two brothers tragic deaths have been examples to us and now we suddenly have to add another brother to that list…
Rest in peace young Dolph…
Damn!
We could go in the direction of when does this nonsense stop but on the other hand we also got to take accountability for where we are lacking within our own circles.
The real question I wanna know the answer to is why was that man solo? And if he wasn’t solo where was his people? Why wasn’t that man protected at all costs? We got to start protecting our key players and making sure that our bread winners are protected.
On a sidenote….
Rose city lost a very valuable player and heaven definitely gained a angel.
We lost someone who was a very good example to these young brothers and to some of us grown men that needed guidance or a role model.

Being in a relationship isn’t the easiest task for anybody.
The emotional roller coasters, the high-levels of expectations & the different insecurities one might have.
Mood swings, drug and alcohol addiction, mental or physical abuse and etc…
Those are just a few of many situation or scenarios that one might have to deal with while in a relationship.
What if a person is not mentally equipped to be able to handle the next persons whatever?
A person can love somebody so much that they’re willing to put their selves through the ringer just to be able to have “ love” in their life. Knowing that they’re not equipped to handle this type of a relationship.
That lady’s & gentlemen is a form of toxicity.
From a man’s perspective it feels like the level of expectation that is require to sustain a relationship is completely off balance by a long shot.
If something goes wrong in the relationship, its the man’s fault?
In a relationship a man is not allowed to have or show any kind of emotions He has to put up with & deal with whatever comes his way without being emotional, showing any signs of weakness and handling it how it comes.
The phrase in 2020 has definitely became “you’re a man? Deal with it”… That’s insane!
If we want to talk about equality…
Men need & want love just like women do.
Men get emotional just like women do.
Men have weight on their shoulders just like women do.
But y’all aren’t ready for that conversation lol

Certified Lover boy sitting at a well needed 21 track album with similar features from Young Thug, Jay Z, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, Ty Dolla $ign, Future, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Lil Durk, Project Pat & more.
This crazy feud between Yeezy & Champagne Papi travels as far back as 2009.
These two have been going back-and-forth with the nonchalant disrespect or what today’s culture would like to call “sneak dissing” for 12 years now… How & why?
Some would say Donda was a better album compared to Mr.Octobers CLB.
Les-bi-honest! (in my Drake voice) people love controversy and sadly that’s what sales in just about anything especially the hip-hop community.
