A person is practicing medicine if he or she does one or more of the following:
(1) Offers or undertakes to diagnose, cure, advise, or prescribe for any human disease, ailment, injury, infirmity, deformity, pain or other condition, physical or mental, real or imaginary, by any means or instrumentality;
“…importantly, the ability of the vaccines to prevent transmission, and more importantly to prevent hospitalization and death.”
Governor: “…effective at preventing hospitalization and death…”
Governor: “We’ve saved 11,000 lives”
Dr. Shah: “The State will not leave anyone behind”
Governor: “We need to make decisions on what we know now, not what we knew then.”
“I encourage everyone who is eligible to get this vaccine, it works; it’s safe; it’s fairly convenient, and it can save your life and your loved ones…”
“We know this is a safe and effective vaccine”
“If you ever loved your father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt, neighbor; here’s a really good time to show that love and talk to them about the safety of this vaccine.”
“If we’re going to go back to phase 3 it would help to get vaccinated. Talk to your seniors to get vaccinated and wear a mask and don’t go to karaoke parties.”
