At this point the governor has completely usurped the people's power, the public agencies power and the legislative power. It's worse than I originally thought. The legislature wrote title 34 in order to allow the PEOPLE, public agencies and legislature greater access to the administrative procedure, specifically, creating LAWS IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY and every single politician, employee and public agency employee is acting as if they have no idea this law even exists. That should speak volumes as to the level of incompetency and absolute tyranny we are dealing with here. 

Experts at what? Deviating the legal system? Because that's what I'm legitimately and truly seeing. I'm a political atheist so I am affiliated to NO ONE except the citizens of this state and my mission to reveal incompetency within the government and agencies that serve us. Here is the deal: there is a bifurcated response to emergencies in this state. The governor waives, suspends and prohibits lawful actions to keep us safe because we do really stupid stuff when we're scared. The AGENCIES work with THE PEOPLE and the LEGISLATIVE body to create legislative instruments in response to the emergency and if THE PEOPLE do not like what the agencies have come up with, we can snitch them off to the GOVERNOR who is instituted to "protect and maintain" our rights. 

To quote my developmentally delayed brother-in-law "the irony in that is palpable". 

Refer to my previous blogs on the Pandemic Influenza response where I outline more screw ups by the "experts" and touch a bit on this particular screw up as well, because that's where I discovered this screw up to begin with! The things you find when you look. Incompetency here, ignorance there... and a dash of usurped power and you have an incredibly brew of tyranny. 

This podcast is the second part of the Executive Ethics Board Complaint on Jay Inslee. He assisted the Attorney General in creating a religious exemption form for employees to use to apply for religious exemptions that ask for and contain individually identifiable health information. Additionally, this form is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which describes a wrongful disclosure. Allowing other persons to view documents with individually identifiable health information, particularly whether someone has received medications or vaccines in their adult life, is wrongful disclosure of that information. Apparently, no one ACTUALLY reads the HIPAA laws prior to performing nefarious acts or they would have known it was unlawful to have other persons or third-party advisory groups approve and deny the religious exemptions. 

I'll be the one to show them. 

I've been looking for a way to stop the mandate for the last several months and just discovered the Executive Ethics Board on Friday. I spent that next 48 hours typing up a complaint with quite a few legal and ethical violations. This podcast is the first part of that complaint. The great thing about this route is the fact that the board members, while potentially corrupt themselves, can do the following:

(d) Investigate, hear, and determine complaints by any person or on its own motion;

(e) Impose sanctions, including reprimands and monetary penalties;

(f) Recommend to the appropriate authorities' suspension, removal from position, prosecution or other appropriate remedy; and,

(g) Establish criteria regarding the levels of civil penalties appropriate for violations of this chapter and rules adopted under it

Sometimes we have to be smarter than the beast. If you want to stop wearing masks you can memorize the information and concepts it takes to start doing this. We implement it softly at first, and we record everything. In order to not make a scene you have to keep cool, calm and collect. Record on the low so no one knows and make sure you DO NOT ACT A FOOL. Review the Constructive Notice and Warning to all Washington State Employers, go through and read the Revised Codes of Washington 18.71.011 and know what you're talking about. Be confident, helpful and mostly, understand these employees are as ignorant of this as you were before you listened to this podcast. Do not give them this information as if you're somehow superior to them, it will fall on deaf ears, and they will attempt to demonize you. You represent more than just yourself, so you cannot let that happen. If the plan starts to go to the left, abort mission and continue after you have recovered yourself.
