In this episode Emily opens up about her past battle with anorexia. She discusses her experiences both while she was struggling with her eating disorder, and how it affected her body image during and after pregnancy. Christina and Emily hope to inspire anyone who may currently be dealing with body image issues by discussing what they do to keep a positive self image.

Vaccinations are probably one of the most controversial topics when it comes to parenting. Making these decisions for your child can be hard, so Christina and Emily wanted to give you guys some information from both sides  to hopefully help parents who may be on the fence about the topic. They will discuss their own decisions for their children, as well as opinions of other anonymous moms on vaccines.
